Conditions of Participation

Application to participate at the exhibition and to hold a presentation

All applications for participation can be submitted using the application form downloadable below. The exhibitor has to accept the General Conditions, particularly the safety regulations.

Flat price of a 4 m2 unit stand:

440.000,- HUF

+ Vat

which includes the following services:

registration in the exhibition catalogue
stand fee
stand installation (partition walls, carpets, company name)
daily stand cleaning
security guard at night
1 information desk
1 spot lamp
1 chair
1 waste basket
electric power supply (max. 2 kW)

Flat price of a 6 m2 unit stand:

600.000,- HUF

+ VAT

which includes the following services:

registration in the exhibition catalogue
stand fee
stand installation (partition walls, carpets, company name)
daily stand cleaning
security guard at night
1 information desk
2 spot lamps (for every further 3 m2 + 1 pc)
1 table, 3 chairs
1 waste basket, coat rack
electric power supply (max. 2 kW)

The price of additional exhibition space per m2 is 100.000 HUF+ 27% VAT, which includes additional furniture.

Participation fee for holding a lecture will be

200.000,- HUF

+ VAT

Booking a stand of at least 6 m2 area will entitle you to hold a lecture free.
Maximum duration of a lecture will be 20 minutes.
Short abstracts (up to five lines) of the lectures will be published in the program book of the exhibition.
Technical means for the lectures will be provided by the organizers.
Eventual translation costs of lectures held in foreign languages are not included in the participation fee.

Fee of a Poster presentation:

130.000,- HUF + VAT

All applications for participation can be submitted using the application form. The exhibitor must accept the general Conditions, particularly the safety regulations. Closing date of the registration: 15th September 2026.

Advertisement and sponsorship

The supporter’s logo will appear on the website and in the leaflet of the event program:

Full page advertisement in the program leaflet:

260.000,-HUF + VAT

Half page advertisement in the program leaflet:

140.000,-HUF+ VAT

Coffee break sponsorship:

200.000,-HUF + VAT

Sponsor for the Reception Party:

800.000,-HUF + VAT

Terms of payment

30% - upon signing the Contract, 100% - latest by 30 October 2024. Payment should be arranged upon receipt of our invoice. Please state the name and availability of your representative authorized to sign the contract and to receive and pay our invoices.

Cancellation

Cancellation (or non-occupancy of a stand due to the exhibitor) will not give rise to reimbursement of the sums paid for the stand.

Detailed technical and service information

Detailed technical and service information will be published in our Exhibitor Manual which will be sent to exhibitors one month before the opening of the exhibition.
