COMPANY SPONSORED WORKSHOP

Company sponsored workshops will be arranged as part of the Official Programme. It is the sponsor’s exclusive responsibility to choose the topic (see Technical Workshop page), and to appoint the speakers. The scientific content and timeframe of the workshop should be approved by the Scientific Committee of the Congress.

The deadline for the application for the company-sponsored workshop is 28 February 2006.

The above prices are given for one page in one of the above given publications. In case the size of advertisement is half page only, the prices will be decreased proportionally.

Payment

Term of Payment: 50 %- with signed contract, 100 % latest by 15 of May 2006.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat.

Before 15 May 2006: 25% refund
After 15 May 2006: No refund

Payment should be arranged upon receipt of our invoice. Please give us name and address of the person who is authorized to sign the contract and to whom we can send the invoice.
