Conditions for participation

Flat price of a 4 sq.m unit stand: 560,-Euro, + V.A.T.,
wich includes the following services:

• inclusion in the exhibition catalogue
• reserved area
• stand installation (partitions, carpeting, sign)
• daily stand cleaning
• general caretaking
• 100 pc. invitation cards
• 1 information desk
• 2 spot lamps
• 1 chair
• 1 waste basket
• electric connection (max.2 kW)

Flat price of a 6 sq.m unit stand: 1040,-Euro + V.A.T.,
wich includes the following services:

• inclusion in the exhibition catalogue
• reserved area
• stand installation (partitions, carpeting, sign)
• daily stand cleaning
• general caretaking
• 100 pc. invitation cards
• 1 information desk
• 1 spot lamps (for every further 3 sq.m + 1 pc.)
• table, 3 chairs
• waste basket, coat-rack
• electric connection (max.2 kW)

Above 6 sq.m the price of each additional exhibition space per sq.m: 160,-Euro + V.A.T.,
includes proportionally growing services.

Application for participation

All applications for participation shall be made on-line or on the prescribed application form. The exhibitor agrees to respect the General Conditions, particularly as regards safety regulations.

Closing date of the registration: 30th april 2006

Terms of payment

30% – with signed contract, 100% – latest by 12 May 2006.
Payment should be arranged upon receipt of our invoice. Please give us name and address of the person who is authorized to sign the contract and to whom we can send the invoice.

Cancellation

Cancellation (or non-occupancy of a stand due to the exhibitor) will not give rise to reimbursement of the sums paid for the stand.

Detailed technical and service informations

Detailed technical and sevice informations will be published in our Exhibitor Manual, wich will be sent to exhibitors three months before the opening of the exhibition.
